I saw a preview of an article on your social media. Can you sell it to me before the collection is published / reserve it for me?
No, impossible. If it is a one of a kind item, you can only buy it through ynhoia.com once it is published. That way, it is fair and everyone has the same opportunity to buy the item. It also makes it more interesting!
How often do you release new designs / how do we know when the next collection will be released?
I publish all kinds of information on my instagram @ynhoia and also if you are subscribed to my newsletter.
I launch collections every 6 months with limited edition garments for their design and fabric and also every month and a half I make new unique and limited items.
Do you have size information?
The size table is Unisex, and you can see it by clicking here.
I try to include as much accurate information about the size of each product as possible. All measurements are listed in the descriptions of each item.
How can I track my order?
After each purchase you will receive an email from the carrier in question, in addition if you enter your username on the store, it will appear the tracking number linked to the carrier's page on your orders tag.
When will my order be shipped?
The items to Spain are sent by Correos Express and to the rest of the world by DHL Express depending on the type of article:
RTS (Ready to Ship) - 2/4 business days
OOAK (One of a kind) or Limited Edition - 2/4 business days
MTO (Made to order) will be shipped according to the delivery period marked on the item, usually ranging from 2-4 weeks depending on the volume of orders.
When will I recive my order?
Spain - 24 / 72h
Europe - 2/3 days
USA / Canada - 3/7 days
International - 7/14 days
Can I return something?
Before placing an order, I recommend that you carefully read each description of the item, where all the necessary information is determined. Also if you have any questions before buying you can contact me through my mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers can exchange their items within 14 days after delivery, customers may Exchange ítems for store credit ONLY. For more information please read this.
How should I take care of my clothes?
In the description of each item is always determined. For delicate and fine garments, always wash by hand and in cold water with a natural detergent or the least harmful possible and hang horizontally. Some fabrics can be machine washed at 30º max. It is always recommended to dry horizontally so that the fibers of the fabrics are not deformed by the weight of the water and can maintain their original state for longer.
