Return policy

RETURNS

Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery. The following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • Providing proof of purchase within this store.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear (panties)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Certain made-to-order items

Made-to-order items can only be returned under the following additional conditions:

  • The item has standard sizing, colors, fabrics and lengths.
  • Length adjustments are accepted with customized garment length for dresses, jumpsuits, leggings, pants and skirts.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU, the following additional conditions apply:

  • A restocking fee of 30% on all returned items.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations are not accepted.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • Faulty item conditions are: Incorrect items received, items in a damaged state when received, items behaving defectivily after short normal use but excluding normal wear and tear.
  • The item will be repaired, replaced or fully refunded, depending on the case.
  • No additional fees will be charged.
  • These items must be reported within 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

  • You’ll be refunded the price you paid for the item(s), deducting the shipping costs and restocking fees if applicable.
  • Purchases are refunded through the same payment method the order was placed with. If you used a gift card, you’ll receive credit on the gift card.
  • If possible, the item can be exchanged instead, provided that you pay for the shipping costs and the restocking fee if applicable.
  • The refund will be denied if the returned items don’t match the returnable conditions, unless faulty.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Send an email to ynhoiadesigns@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number (or any other details if you don’t know it)
  • Which item you’d like to return
  • Your preference for refund or exchange
  • In case of damage, include photos of the faulty item

Your email will be attended as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 business days for a response. The item must be returned within 14 days after receiving all the instructions.

You may be required to print shipping documentation needed for making the return.
