Refunds are usually processed within 3 days and you’ll receive an email once processed. Please note, once a refund is issued, it can take up to 10 business days before it becomes available in your chosen payment method used when placing your order.
Shipping
We ship all purchased items within 1-5 business days if they have RTS (ready to ship) / OOAK (one of a kind) / Limited Edition label. The made to order items (MTO) will be sent according to the delivery period marked on the item, normally ranging from 2-4 weeks up to 6 weeks in busy periods, depending on the volume of orders.
After shipping you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company and it should not take more than 5-7 days to arrive.

I have three very loving cats, but they are not allowed in my workspace. With that said, everyone knows that with even owning pets hair easily travels. I do all the photographing myself so items may travel in my car. Before shipping out I do quality control and remove all hair possible. If you are allergic and worried you can always write me before shipment and I can wash the item once more before its shipped and take extra time to make sure its safe for you.
