Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Sofort, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Some payment plans are accepted in a few countries through Paypal, but it is something that changes and does not depend on me, if you have the option through PayPal at checkout then go for it if that suits you.

Refunds are usually processed within 3 days and you’ll receive an email once processed. Please note, once a refund is issued, it can take up to 10 business days before it becomes available in your chosen payment method used for placing your order.

Shipping

We ship all purchased items within 1-5 business days if they have RTS (ready to ship) / OOAK (one of a kind) / Limited Edition label. The made to order items (MTO) will be sent according to the delivery period marked on the item, normally ranging from 2-4 weeks up to 6 weeks in busy periods, depending on the volume of orders.

After shipping you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company and it should not take more than 5-7 days to arrive.

Most countries worldwide are available with DHL Express. If you can’t complete checkout because there is no shipping option available, please get in contact with me so I can find a delivery method for your location.

Yes you can. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

Creating an account is recommended if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping cart items and payment details saved for next time.

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at ynhoiadesigns@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox spam or junk folders before contacting in case the order confirmation was diverted.

Shipping costs depends on the items you’ve ordered and your location. Because there is no fixed rate, it will be calculated at checkout before completing your order.

Yes, always! You’ll receive your tracking number by email when it’s ready to be shipped.

If your order includes made-to-order items, please remember that there is a turnaround time. You can find the turnaround time in each product page.

Reach out immediately! Usually we’re able to locate your package or find an acceptable solution.

All packages are automatically insured with no extra cost.

Returns

Yes, only within accepted within 14 days after delivery and under certain conditions. Please read the Return policy to know if your case is eligible. In addition, returns can be refunded or exchanged, when possible.

  • Your order number (or any other details if you don’t know it)
  • Which item you’d like to return
  • Your preference for refund or exchange
  • In case of damage, include photos of the faulty item

Your email will be attended as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 business days for a response. The item must be returned within 14 days after receiving all the instructions.

You may be required to print shipping documentation needed for making the return.

No, the only way you can purchase my clothes are from this website.

I always answer all your questions, usually within 2 days by email. If you didn’t receive a reply, please get in contact with me again as it can always happen that your email got overlooked or lost. If so, please write to my instagram as well in 2-3 days of no response.

Yes! These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. There is an expiration date of a year and they can be partially used on multiple orders. Check out the Gift Card options to find the best fit.

I have two very loving cats, but they are not allowed in my workspace. With that said, everyone knows that with even owning pets hair easily travels. I do all the photographing myself so items may travel in my car. Before shipping out I do quality control and remove all hair possible. If you are allergic and worried you can always write me before shipment and I can wash the item once more before its shipped and take extra time to make sure its safe for you.
