Shipping policy

SHIPPING

  • Usually processed within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once an order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number rom the shipping company.
  • Worldwide shipping is available to most countries.
  • Shipping rates are calculated during checkout as they are based on weight.
  • We ship from Spain.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct order information. If you need to update your shipping address after an order is placed, please send your new information before your order is processed. If your order is already processed, additional shipping fees may apply.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

  • These items will be made after you place an order. The turnaround time is usually 2-4 weeks up to 6 in busy periods and your order will be ready for processing. You can find the turnaround time in the shipping tab of each product page.

MULTIPLE ORDERS

  • As long as your order is not processed, your orders can be combined.
  • If the last order is a made-to-order item, then take into account the last turnaround time.
  • Leave a note at checkout with your previous order number to combine it with.
  • Excess shipping costs will be refunded to you within 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Express: Items arrive much faster with this method and can be handled by DHL.

INSURANCE

  • All packages are shipped with DHL automatically insured

CUSTOMS

  • International customers may get charged import duties or taxes by your local customs. Please check in advance if this applies to your country, to avoid surprises. The customer is responsible for these additional fees.
  • This also applies to customers in the UK, when your order exceeds 135GBP.

LOST ITEMS

  • I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. Check up with your local mail service or the express carrier on what actions to take.
  • Reach out if your package hasn’t arrived. Usually, we are able to find an acceptable solution together.
