We ship all purchased items within 1-5 business days if they have RTS (ready to ship) / OOAK (one of a kind) / Limited Edition label . The made to order items (MTO) will be sent according to the delivery period marked on the item, normally ranging from 2-4 weeks depending on the volume of orders.
All items are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
All items are shipped to Spain by Correos Express with a tracking number and an approximate delivery of 48-72h within the Peninsula, with a price of € 3/5. Outside the Peninsula the delivery time may be exceeded and also the shipping price increase depending on the size and weight of the package.
You can choose between express or standard shipping with different companies, always with a tracking number included. The shipping price will vary depending on the weight and size of the package and the place of delivery, ranging from € 15/30. With an approximate delivery depending on the company chosen, between 2/4 days with express shipping and up to 21 days with standard shipping.

We ship from the European Union and this may cause unexpected duty fees when your international parcel arrives.
Please before ordering, I recommend viewing your country’s customs fees and considering this, as we are not responsible for any extra taxes that may apply to the package. In case you refused to pay it and the package was returned to the place of origin, I would contact you directly to find out what to do. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Customers can exchange their items within 14 days of delivery, but money will be refunded in the form of a check of the same purchase value made only for spending in the store, never the money directly.

The returned item must be in NEW condition, if the item arrives in any other condition, the return will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the customer without a refund.
The return shipping fee is always covered by the customer, however upon making the change we will send you a free shipping coupon for your next order.
In case you are an international customer and You wish to return a piece that You have already payed customs, you are welcome to recover the duties You payed at your Customs office, so make sure You keep every documentation until the end of the transaction. I am not responsible for this part.
